A 14 y/o F presents for her annual WCC and you note her BMI has dropped from 90th percentile (during weight check 7 months ago) to the 55th percentile today. She endorses intentional restrictive eating and body image concerns. She starts crying when you start asking about her eating habits.

13. The patient shares that she has not had a period in 4 months. Menarche was 1.5 years ago. Previously, menses would occur every 30-45 days. She has never been sexually active. No significant acne or hirsutism.
14. 15 y/o M cross-country runner presents for follow up after an ED visit for a syncopal episode. Patient endorses recently adopting a vegan diet due to ethical concern for animals. He thinks he’s lost 10 lbs. Syncope occurred yesterday morning while getting up from bed. He otherwise feels well although notes his running times have worsened in the past few weeks. GU ROS notable for loss of morning erections and decreased sex drive.
